This notice covers data processed when you visit the Sports35 website. Membership records and health information are not collected here. Memberships are not sold on this website.
Data controller
The data controller is Sports35 Fitness ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Merkezi. Address: İnkilap, 504/2. Sk. 3B D:1, 35380 Buca/İzmir. Phone: +90 505 930 30 07. Requests can be sent through the phone, WhatsApp, or email published on the site.
Data processed
Server logs keep a connection record and IP address. The session cookie carries the language choice and the security session. Age, height, and weight typed into the calorie calculator stay in your browser and are not sent to the server. If an admin account is created, the name, email, and password are stored on the server. There is no visitor form.
Purpose
Data is processed to open the site, remember the language, keep the site secure, and show the map when you ask for it. No advertising profile or analytics cookie is created.
Legal basis
The session cookie, the security cookie, and server logs rely on legitimate interest in running and securing the site. The map does not open until you choose “Load the map”. The typeface file is requested from fonts.bunny.net so the page can be displayed.
Transfers
Opening a page requests the typeface from fonts.bunny.net. If you load the map, a request goes to Google. Those parties apply their own cookie and privacy rules. Data is not sold for marketing and is not sent to an analytics company.
Retention
The session cookie expires after 120 minutes of inactivity. The “remember me” cookie lasts longer only if you choose it on the admin login. Server logs are kept for a limited time for operations and security. The notice choice stays in local storage on your device until you delete it.
Your rights
You can use the phone, WhatsApp, or email on the site to exercise your rights under KVKK article 11. Requests are answered within the legal period after your identity is confirmed.
